Day 1-2: Santiago

Arrive in Chile’s buzzing capital and transfer to your luxury boutique hotel. You’ll stay in a fabulous part of the city, close to artistic Lasterria, a neighbourhood renowned for its bohemian charm and easy to explore independently.

You can enjoy a private gastronomy tour with your guide, taking you on a journey of Chilean food, through the seafood market and on to cook up your own delicious meals with a chef.

Day 3-5: Torres del Paine

Your scenic adventure begins as you transfer to the airport for your flight to the majestic wilderness of Patagonia. In Torres del Paine you will stay in a luxury eco-lodge with private guiding and 5* touches during your stay.

This is the perfect base to explore all regions of the park, where you can choose from a range of walking trails on two feet, bike or even horseback.

Join a thrilling boat ride to get up close to glaciers, vivid lakes and snow-capped peaks. Look out for some native Patagonian wildlife such as foxes, guanacos, condors and even the hard to spot puma.

Day 6: Punta Arenas

Ready for a wilderness adventure of a lifetime? From your hotel, transfer to Punta Arenas where you will meet your expert expedition crew for a full briefing into the days ahead on your Antarctica Cruise.

Day 7: King George Island

Catch a flight to King Gorge Island, where the wild remote landscapes start to reveal themselves.

Board luxury Antarctica ship and meet your fellow travelers over welcome drinks.

Day 8-11: Antarctic Peninsula

The next few days are spent sailing the western coast of the Antarctic Peninsula and Shetland Islands, with the specific route and stop-offs decided by the captain who will take into account local conditions.

Disembark and board zodiac boats to explore the stunning landscapes up close with your team of expert polar guides. This is the best way to get nearby to incredible wildlife such as whales, penguin colonies, seals lazing on ice-mounds and amazing birdlife.

You will be awed by the sheer scale, solitude and peace of the icy landscapes.

Day 12: King George Island

Saying goodbye to the incredible scenery offered in Antarctica, you will return to King George Island and board your flight back to Punta Arenas.

Stay in lovely hotel for a night, taking stock of the once-in-a-lifetime cruise you have just been on and the sights encountered along the way.

Day 13-14: Chilean Winelands

Take a morning flight back to Santiago where you’ll meet your driver and transfer around an hour to Chile’s wine region. A complete contrast to the stark icy beauty of Patagonia and Antarctica, your time here is spent cycling through the vineyards, relaxing by the pool and sampling the award-wining wine on offer.

Enjoy vineyard tours and even horse riding amid the Andes Mountains. The perfect way to end your Luxury Antarctica and Chile holiday.
