Our Expert Tip

”Pack a bottle of local wine and hike up to Laguna Capri for sunset, enjoying the best view point of Mount Fitz Roy glowing in the evening light. Bring a warm layer, settle in, and savour the moment (remember to leave it exactly as you found it)”

You will be surrounded by amazing scenery on the shores of Grey Lake, nestled amongst nature and wildlife.

During your time in Torres del Paine, choose from a wide range of daily activities that you can book directly with the hotel, to give you complete freedom. Consider treating yourself to a luxury-yurt upgrade? 5* Patagonia Camp offers luxurious eco yurts surrounded by thick forest and turquoise waters. A stay here includes private guiding and full board that might stretch budgets, but offers a world-class and unique alternative for a very special honeymoon experience.

Day 13-14: Puerto Natales

After an epic few days in Torres del Paine, transfer to the quirky port town of Puerto Natales. This is a fantastic base for boat trips to hidden glaciers where you can journey through secluded fjords and access some really unique glacial sights. Take a full-day trip and set sail to the Balmaceda and Serrano Glacier, making sure you have a good camera to try and capture the sheer beauty and size of both.

This is one of our Travel Differently highlights, as the glaciers here are only accessed by water, meaning your time is spent away from crowds compared to some of the larger more well-known glaciers. A peaceful and romantic way to end the Patagonia part of your honeymoon.
