“Sinead at “Travel Differently” was the only one of 4 people I approached who actually listened carefully to my requests for the kind of holiday I wanted (dates, countries, type of hotels, etc) and responded swiftly with ideas for a complete programme. She was sensitive to my requests for specific experiences (eg a live-aboard in the Galapagos) while also making her own suggestions (eg ‘I’d go to Patagonia before the Atacama Desert because it’ll be a full moon in the Atacama otherwise, no good for star-gazing’). She also gave me valuable support and back-up during the trip, responding to requests for changes or information in real time. All in all, I’d strongly recommend “Travel Differently” to others – indeed, I already have done! NB beware that there’s another “Travel Differently” out there. ”A true ‘Bucket List’ trip, our tour of South America (Chile-Peru-Argentina-Brazil) was a major endeavor and so we were a little apprehensive putting it into the hands of a company we didn’t know, although it did come as a recommendation from a tried-and-tested source. Sam and his team created a magical 4-week itinerary, helpfully including some places I’d never even considered. Overall, I was so impressed by the efficiency, quality and detail that Travel Differently delivered for us.

”Great communication from planning, through the trip and on return. We were able to create the amazing adventure we hoped for, suited to our age and abilities with the security of being met and transferred safely between airports and hotels. We had the flexibility to mix joining small group excursions with doing our own thing. For added security we had emergency contacts in each Country. Travel Differently organised such a fabulous trip to Ecuador and the Galapagos for us, everything and everyone were absolutely brilliant. As 2 over 70 year olds we were constantly asking so many questions and were initially pretty nervous about travelling so far. We needn’t have been as all the staff and tour guides in Ecuador were amazing and we just didn’t want the trip to end. Completely magical in every way.

“I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sam and Travel Differently”
Sam at Travel Differently recently organised our family trip to Brazil which was absolutely fabulous in every way. The venues and hotels were all excellent, the Amazon Juma Lodge in particular was a highlight as was the Abracadabra hotel in Buzios. All of the internal flights and transfers also ran smoothly and the organised guides in Rio and Iguazu were excellent and always on time. We also had an App with the travel itinerary which included emergency contacts details and Sam was also on hand throughout if we had any questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sam and Travel Differently if you are looking to visit South America.

We had the most amazing adventure and experience in Peru, thanks to Sam at Travel Differently. Also, their ground team (Tropic) were amazing; all the transfers and guides were brilliant. We couldn’t fault anyone.I usually book all my trips independently, and this was the first time I’ve used an agency. I appreciated the difference! Sam removed so much of the headache and organisation etc, as well as guiding us through the itinerary which he and I chose together as a bespoke package.We were very grateful and would not hesitate to book another adventure with them. Highly recommended.

My husband and I have just returned from an amazing three-week holiday in Peru, Bolivia and Chile organised by Sinead at Travel Differently. It exceeded all our expectations, and gave us a real insight into the cultures of different South American countries. We had excellent guides and drivers throughout, and stayed in some great hotels, as well as some eco-lodges.
