We also carbon offset all of our trips at 150% of their estimated Carbon emissions in order to provide net positive holidays. Given the climate emergency, we do not offer trips shorter than 12 days to encourage clients to see more and travel for longer, reducing the need for multiple trips.

In Cuzco and the highlands, the dry season of May to October provides clear sunny days, albeit with quite a chill at night. November to March are the wettest months, with many trekking trails closed at its peak in January and February. The Amazon is hot and humid all year, with the hottest (up to 40c) and wettest season also November to March.
For the peak periods of June to September, as well as Christmas, we advise booking at least six months in advance as the best sustainable lodges and boutique hotels will become fully booked. For the rest of the year you may find availability up to two months before arrival, which provides more flexibility.
